1. Clean a minimum of 500 sq. ft. of carpet - that's about three or four rooms
2. You choose my Deluxe Option or Money Savings Option
3. You make a reservation for your next Scheduled-Care-Cleaning in 12 months.
I will come in 6 months from today and freshen up your high traffic areas - totally FREE. Your only investment will be for the carpet protection in those areas you want to have touched up again.

Once you have scheduled your cleaning you don't have to worry about your carpets again. You will receive a special reminder one or two weeks in advance of your appointments, and also a handy refridgerator magnet with the dates you scheduled.

- You make a reservation for your next Scheduled-Care-Cleaning in 12 months.
- Your FREE 6 month cleaning can cover all the "high-traffic-areas" in previously cleaned rooms.
- Your only investment is in carpet protection at the FREE 6 month cleaning: only 20 cents per sq. ft.
- Your FREE 6 month cleaning doesn't include pre-vacuuming or moving of furniture.
- If the 12 month reservation isn't completed as scheduled I will require full payment for the 6 month cleaning
- This program is non-transferable and will continue until you cancel it.
