Question: How long does it take to dry?

Answer: Here in Walla Walla it only takes about one hour to dry on a hot summer day and up to four hours on a wet, soggy November day. The Stain-Gard Protection I use will help to decrease the drying time to as little as 39 minutes. Turning on your fans and opening the windows a crack for a little cross breeze will move moisture out of your home and replace it with drier air.

Question: Do you move my furniture?

Answer: Yes. I can move your sofas, chairs, tables, etc. However, I don’t move beds, fish tanks, computer desks, entertainment centers, bookshelves, or pianos. All I ask is that you move little knick-knacks or fragile items off anything you’d like to be moved before my arrival.

Question: Can you just clean my traffic areas?

Answer: Certainly. By the way, if you move the furniture in the rooms to be cleaned yourself, it will save me time and I gladly pass along the savings to you.

Question: When can I walk on it?

Answer: Right away. However, it would be best to limit the traffic in your home to you and your family for the remainder of the day. In other words: Don’t throw a party the same day.

Question: Is it safe for my kids or pets?

Answer: Absolutely. All the carpet cleaning products that I use are safe, pH balanced, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic. In addition, my mobile cleaning plant thoroughly rinses the carpet, removing any possible residue that could lead to re-soiling after the cleaning.

Question: How can I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

Answer: Make sure you have a parking space available for my van. I’ll also need an outside garden hose hook up within 150 ft of my van. Please remove insulation cups from the faucet and disconnect your hose. You will save money if you vacuum the areas you want to have cleaned the night before your appointment.
